If the video does not play on mobile (when playing in Chrome)

For operational reasons, device reset is possible once every 6 months.

If you inevitably format before then, you will need to reset the registered device.

When playing a lecture, error codes 8673, 8464, and 4102 are error codes that occur when the number of devices is exceeded.

A total of 2 devices can be registered per CG Bump account, regardless of PC or mobile/tablet .
