☑️ The start date of the ️ study period' is based on the selection of the start date of
the lecture that each person chooses when purchasing the lecture.

If you enter the classroom and click Play, you are considered to have taken the course.

We will calculate the refund request from the date you start taking the course and refund it.

You can check the progress rate of the lecture in 'My Lecture Room'.

Before 20% of the total course progress rate: Refundable

After 20% of the course progress rate has passed: Refund is not possible

3 months after payment date: Refund not allowed (regardless of progress rate)

☑️ When requesting a refund within 5 days from the ️ payment date

If you haven't taken a course (play 0 lectures)
100% refund of the payment amount (if not used for downloading lecture materials)

If you have taken 2 lectures or less (play 1 lecture only)
Refund amount = Total amount paid - Refund after deducting only 10% of the fee

If you have taken more than two lectures
Refund amount = Actual lecture sales amount - 10% fee - lecture fee (actual payment X course progress rate / total course time)

* If you use the coupon code and request a refund applied at a discounted price, it will be calculated at a discounted price.
